Amazing Grace

The past two weeks have literally been a whirlwind. Most days I can hardly retain a thought for more a a few seconds before I jump to another. God has been working mightily in our hearts and all around, especially through family, friends, our church, and others.

We have been blessed upon blessings. Though it's not to say there haven't been sweat, tears, and restlessness. Through this journey Rob and I have evolved so much, continued to develop our relationship, and sought to hear the Holy Spirit's leading.... especially through our pastor, Claude, our SS teachers, Patrick and Bart. We have been led many times to Philippians 1 and 2. Both books are full of convicting and sweet direction, hope and promise.  We are continuing to pray for growth daily, guidance and for God's path to open widely whatever direction it may lead our family.

3I thank my God every time I remember you. 4In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
7It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. 8God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.
9And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, 10so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, 11filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.

OUr house finally sold after having it on the market for 9 months, (in the current real estate market is pretty good). Our realtor has worked so hard to bring this to fruition for our family. We have gained a great and valued friend through this long and tiring process.

We close on it this week and are moving a a temporary house tomorrow and Monday. All of our belongings will wait for us in storage, until we find/move into a permanent home. We are looking for a new home everyday and are thankful for many leads from our friends. We hope to be able to move into a house by the end of June.

God is working through our neighbors, K & M J's to provide us with their country home. A place of respite and of God's calm beauty, to bring our sweet family to including Nara Josette, during this time of transition. A True Miracle, considering how it all came together from one brief conversation! We cannot Thank them enough for their generosity and love.

We leave next Wednesday for China and will be there 18 days.

We have also been greatly blessed by Rob's work schedule. What seemed like a not so great schedule a few months ago, has been an Miracle on this journey. WIth Rob's work he is responsible for either working each day, finding someone to cover it/trade, or pay someone to wrk for him.  Well, for the length of our trip he is only having to find coverage/trade for 3 days total. A Miracle from God!

With all of the the many blessings, we are sad that we'll miss our boys end of year kindergarten parties, Ford's kindergarten graduation, and their final soccer game/party of the season. Not to mention being apart from them for so long. I haven't apart from them for more than a day and half.

We are thankful and excited to finally be traveling to bring home our daughter/sister!

Please continue to pray for us, we have a LOT of different things happening Now and it's not easy to make such important decisions simultaneously. It's kind of like dominos.

Love ~
Ginny
